Perhaps the most visible contacts you will have are our salespeople, and they are always available to answer your questions and keep you apprised of new developments in designs and substrates.

The Holt Management Team is led by Frank Holt III, President and CEO. Frank has been actively involved with Holt for more than 8 years, and has a thorough knowledge of sales and the Holtset® sublimation process. Frank also serves as the CFO.

Wayne Farrell is Vice President of Manufacturing, and knows first hand the complexity of the Holtset® process. Wayne brings more than 20 years of manufacturing and management expertise to Holt.

Susan Troxler is Vice President of Marketing. Susan re-joined the company mid-1998, and is responsible for creatively directing Holt’s marketing efforts.

Michael Holt is Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities include accounting, information technology, and human resources. Michael joined Holt in April 2001 with a background in investment banking, manufacturing, and operations management.

Kevin Carlisle is Vice President of Business Development & Sales. Kevin joined Holt in November, 2003, having spent the last 25 years in various marketing and sales positions at several large, brand-name manufacturing corporations.

The management team is supported by Sales, Holt’s Color Management Group, and a strong administrative team.
