This is your invitation for consideration to participate in our portfolio service. Because art is such an important part of our process for so many of our customers, we are constantly looking for new talent to introduce to our customers. We have created The Holt Portfolio Service to give us the opportunity to show our customers several different artists’ styles, allowing our customers to either buy specific pieces of art, or the rights to use it; or to commission artists to create new pieces.

It is an opportunity to "showcase" your talents to our customers, and it allows them to judge you on your style and talent based on their needs. Since our process is a photographic one, we actually photograph original artwork, and print paper which is transferred on various substrates.

Our portfolio is primarily used by flag and rug customers. The portfolio itself is a black leather presentation portfolio with clear plastic sleeves, which house color copies of various artists’ work.

Here’s how the Holt Portfolio Service works:

1. Send us color copies of your work.
Select at least 10 pieces which you feel are representative of your style, and make one color copy of each. On the back of the copy, please indicate your terms, and if the piece has already been used for a specific product, etc a. Choose work that you feel best represents your capabilities and strengths. Add a © line and your name to each copy, if desired.

2. Provide a profile and photo of yourself.
For each participant, we feature a short biography and credits. This is the "cover page" to your works. On this page, also include the number and address at which you can be reached.

The designs you send will not be left with a customer without your permission, and we will do everything possible to protect your work. This portfolio is for customers to see representative samples of your work, and for all of us to work together from this point. Do not send original works. Thank you for your interest!
