About Holtset® Printing

  1. Does Holt sell t-shirt transfers?
    No, we are a large volume, custom printer. While we can print t-shirt designs, they are custom prints, and we do not have stock designs available for purchase.
  2. Can sublimation printing be used on cotton fabrics?
    No, our dyes are disperse dyes and they cannot attach to cellulosic fibers. But polyester has come a long way-- there are new polyester performance fabrics that feel great and perform as well. Properties include moisture management, warmth, peachskin or micro-sueded surfaces and more.
  3. When you say Holt is a "large volume" printer, can you explain large?
    Our minimum paper order is $1,500.00
  4. Does Holt have a price list or catalogue?
    No, because we are a custom printer, every job is different and we have to factor in creative work, job volume, degree of difficulty, and more!
  5. Does Holt sell equipment?
    Yes, Holt can facilitate the sale of heat-transfer equipment.     E-mail serious inquiries to Holt Services.
  6. Does Holt sell their Holtset inks?
    Yes, we sell our custom offset inks.     E-mail serious inquiries to Holt Services.
  7. Is the Holtset printing process different from digital printing?
    Our printing is actually sheet-fed, offset litho printing; and as we mentioned earlier, we are a large volume printer. With our exclusive Holtset®     process, the clarity, definition and color are superior to that currently achieved with digital printing equipment.
