Sublimation printing is very technical, and producing high-quality printing requires highly skilled specialists in every stage of the process. We have made the commitment to continually educate our employees in all areas of our company, as well as encourage them to think creatively about our process.

Holt Sublimation is the world leader in the production of sheet fed offset and narrow web flexographic sublimation printing. Our sales office is based in Burlington, NC. We have a fully staffed art studio in Burlington, and also retain many talented freelance artists. We are constantly expanding our facilities and our capabilities to better service our customers. Holt was founded by Frank Holt Sr. in 1947, and was originally a packaging producer for the hosiery industry. In the late 60’s, Frank Holt, Jr. encountered sublimation printing in Europe and envisioned adapting this new technology for production and sale to U.S. textile manufacturers. The company continued to grow while focusing on sublimation, and packaging production was discontinued in the 80’s. Holt’s exclusive sublimation process and dyes are registered as HOLTSET® products.
